Is the pool open?

The pool is seasonal and is usually open during the months of July and August. This year, we are considering opening in June, although we have not yet confirmed the exact date. We recommend that you contact us for updated information on the pool’s availability.

Is there a microwave?

Yes, all of our apartments are equipped with microwaves for your convenience. You’ll be able to heat your meals and enjoy greater comfort during your stay.

Is there a coffee maker?

Yes! In our apartments, you will find a coffee maker available so you can enjoy freshly brewed coffee every morning or whenever you like throughout the day.

Is there wifi? What is the password?

Yes, we offer Wi-Fi access in all our apartments. You will find the password in the welcome book provided inside the apartment. This way, you can stay connected at all times during your stay.

Can you send an invoice?

Yes, we can send you an invoice for your stay if you wish. You just need to provide us with the necessary details, and we will take care of preparing it and sending it according to your preferences.

Transportation and access

How long does it take to get to the city center?

Bus line 27 will take you to the city center in approximately 30 minutes, dropping you off at Plaza Encarnación. Additionally, we offer an Express shuttle that will also take you to the center in about 30 minutes, dropping you off at Prado. Both options are convenient for exploring downtown Seville from our apartments.

How long does it take to get to Santa Justa AVE Station?

If you prefer the commuter train, you will arrive at Santa Justa AVE Station in just 10 minutes, providing you with a quick and convenient connection from our apartments

Is there parking? Where can I leave the car?

Yes, we have free parking on the street by the building for the convenience of our guests. So you don’t have to worry about finding a safe place to leave your car during your stay.

How do I pick up the keys?

On the day of your arrival, we will send you instructions on how to collect the keys via WhatsApp to the phone number you provided in the reservation or by email. It’s a simple process so you can quickly access your apartment.

How do I check in?

Check-in will be done online through a link that we will send you. This process is easy and quick, allowing you to access your apartment without complications or delays
